State of Florida } In person appeared before me Sarah J.
Alachua County   } Johnson wife of Franklin Johnson and
being by me privately examined separate and apart from her
husband acknowledged that she executed the above deed for
the purpose of relinquishing her dower to the premises therein
mentioned and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of dower is made freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint apprehension or fear of and from her said husband

                   "Deed"
This indenture made this the 30th day of January one thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy one Between Sarah Ann Hague Henry B. Hague
Paulene Hague Stephen Hague Caroline C. Hague and James Hague
all of the County of Alachua and State of Florida Parties of
the first part and John R. Hague of the County and State
aforesaid Party of the second part. Witnesseth that the Parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Seven
Hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States to
them in hand paid by the party of the second part at and before
the delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath Bargained Granted sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth bargain Grant sell release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second Part and to his heirs
and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land known and
described as follows viz. Commencing South East corner of
Fractional Section Three (3) Township nine (9) South Range
Nineteen (19) East. Running West one quarter of a mile and also
Enough of the South side or end of Lot No. Seven (7) Section Thirty Three
(33) Township 8 South Range Nineteen (19) East to make Sixty two and
a half acres of land in this deed Together with all and Singular
the tenements Hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise belonging thereunto belonging and reversions remain-
-ders unto rights Titles dower or right of Dower also all the profits
estate property possesions claim interest or demands whatsoever as well
in law as In equity of the said parties of the first part in and to the
above described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and the said parties of the
