Alachua County   }  M. Knox & his wife Mattie F. Knox of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Three
Hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Patrick McQuaid of the County of
Duval in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him, the said Patrick McQuaid
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and
