persons described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance did
this day to me on a separate and private examination before me taken
and made separately and apart from her said husband acknowledged and
declare that she made herself a party to and executed the same for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing granting and conveying all
her estate and title, also her right of dower and homestead in and to the
lands in said conveyance described and granted and that she executed
the same freely and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
fear or compulsion of or from her said husband

Sarah E. Dennis and L.G. Dennis to J. Whistler
"Deed"
This Indenture made the third day of November AD 1882 between
Mrs Sarah E. Dennis in her own right and L.G. Dennis her husband
who Joins in this deed for the purpose of ratifying and confirming
the act of his said wife of the first part and J. Whistler of
the second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars to
them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
all those certain lots tracts pieces or parcels of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida known and particularly
described as follows to wit. Lots numbers three (3) Four (4) and Five (5) in Section
Sixteen (16) Township Twelve (12) South Range Twenty two (22) East Containing
One hundred and fourteen and Thirty Six = one hundredths (114 36/100) acres
of land more or less and also Island number two (no 2) in the
same section Township and Range containing Twenty Eight (28) acres
