hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To Have and To Hold unto him the said party of
the second part and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple Absolute and the said parties of
the first part do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part that they are lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
they have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that they will and their heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whatsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals the day and year first above written

County of Alachua }  Be it known that on this Third day of
November AD 1882 before the undersigned a Notary Public in
and for the State and County aforesaid personally came Mrs
Sarah E. Dennis ^by L.G. Dennis her attorney in fact both
to me well known who acknowledged in my presence that
she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance of her separate
property for the uses and purposes therein set forth. And
upon being duly and legally questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her husband says and acknowledges
in my presence that she executed the said deed of conveyance
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
