"Quit Claim Deed"
State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that I Benj Rush
Alachua County } for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me
in hand paid have granted bargained sold and quit-claimed and by
these presents do bargain sell and quit-claim unto Wm A Colclough
all my right title interest and claim in and to the lands hereinafter
described either in Law or in Equity said lands being described as
follows to wit: Beginning at the North East corner of the "Thomas
Napier Grant" and running thence South Eighty four and three
quarters (84 3/4) degrees East Ten (10) chains Thence North Five and a
quarter (5 1/4) degrees East Five (5) chains, thence East Twenty (20) feet
at which point is located the south west corner of the lot or tract herein
and hereby bargained sold and quit claimed. From this point running
North Five and a quarter (5 1/4) degrees East Twenty (20) chains Thence South
Eighty four and Three quarters (84 3/4) degrees East Ten (10) chains thence South
Five and a quarter (5 1/4) degrees West Twenty (20) chains Thence North Eighty
four and three quarters (84 3/4) degrees West Ten (10) chains to the starting
point (or South west corner) of this tract - containing by estimation Twenty
(20) Acres of land more or less. To Have and to Hold the same unto him
the said Wm A Colclough his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee simple. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal this 10th day of November AD 1882.

Alachua County } 1882 Between Col Wm A. Colclough (widow) Mrs. O. C.
Colclough in her own right and Chas A. Colclough her husband who
joins in this deed for the purpose of ratifying and confirming the act
of his said wife of the first part and Willis B Sanderlin of the
