before me personally appeared L. G. Dennis Atty in fact for his wife Mrs.
Sarah E. Dennis one of the grantors in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me says and acknowledges before
me through her said atty that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and and renouncing all her right of 
dower in
Note ------->  This relinquishment is done and executed under and by virtue of
a Power of Attorney which is recorded in Deed Book __ at pages

and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and volun-

and Isabella F. McKinstry Husband and wife parties of the first part and
Lyman J. Parsons party of the second part witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty
