bargain sell and convey unto the said Lyman J. Parsons his heirs and
assigns forever the following described real property to wit Lot (5) five
Block (4) four Range (3) Three of Ropers Addition to the Town of
Gainesville as it appears and is described on the map or platt of said
Ropers Addition lying and being in said section four (4) Township
(10) Ten Range (20) S&E and lying and being in Alachua County
Florida Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the above bargained premises unto the said Lyman
J. Parsons and to his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof
