  State of Florida to Oliver Bryant
                   "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that the State of Florida for and in
consideration of the sum of Two Dollars and fifty cents per Acre paid by
Oliver Bryant of the County of Alachua State of Florida hath granted bargained
and sold and doth by these presents Grant Bargain Sell and convey unto the
said Oliver Bryant and his heirs and assigns forever the following described
land to wit: The North Half of Section Sixteen in Township seven
South of Range Eighteen East containing three hundred and twenty
Acres and lying and being in the County of Alachua in said State
of Florida - To have and to Hold unto the said Oliver Bryant and
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. In Testimony Whereof I
Hugh A. Corley Register of Public Lands for the State of Florida
have hereto subscribed my name and caused an impression of the
     (  )      Seal of my office to be made hereupon at the Capitol
   ( Seal )    in the City of Tallahassee on this the 29th day of
     (  )      August A.D. Eighteen hundred and Sixty three

               "Deed"
State of Florida }  Know all men by these presents that I E.G. Younglove
Alachua County   }  (Bachelor) of the aforesaid State and County party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of ($500) five hundred dollars to
me paid by Ellen L. Day of said State and County party of the second part
(the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged) have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto
her the said Ellen L. Day of the second part all that certain piece or parcel
of land situated and being in the town of Gainesville in Alachua County
State of Florida particularly described according to P.H. Young's map on file as
follows to wit: Lots four (4) & (5) five in Block (4) four Range (2) two of the
original survey of the town of Gainesville in aforesaid County and State
the said lot (4) four being (30) thirty feet North and south by (92) Ninety
two feet East and west and the said lot five being (25) twenty five fe North
and South by (92) feet from east and west lying and being in said town
of Gainesville a plat of which is duly recorded in deed book "M" at
page 405 Public Records of Alachua County and State of Florida and
Containing in the aggregate (5060) five thousand and Sixty square feet
together with all and singular the tenements thereto pertaining or in any
wise belonging to have and to hold unto her the said Ellen L. Day of
the second part and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
