                     "Deed"
This Indenture made the 31st day of December AD 1875 between John
S. Lewis Guardian of Henry Lewis and Mary Lewis of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part Witnesseth That the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth
grant and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida Known and described
as follows - The North East Quarter of the South West 1/4 of Section Twenty
Four Township Nine South of Range Twenty Two East containing Forty Acres
(NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 S 24 T9 SR 22E) To have and to hold the above described
premises together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances and all the estate title and interest of the said party
of first part as such Guardian therein And the said party of the first part
doth covenant and agree with the said party of second part his heirs and
assigns that at the time of delivery hereof the said party of first part
as such Guardian is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that he will warrant and
defend as such Guardian the above granted premises in the peaceful
and quiet possession of the said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and seal on this the day and Year first above
