personally appeared Joseph M. Kitler and his wife Welth Kitler
to me known to be the persons described in and who executed the

thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and the said Welthey Kitler the wife of the
said Joseph M. Kitler on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her dower or right of dower in
and to the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and release and that such relinquishment or
renunciation of dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said

"Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we James McCaslan and
Emily McCaslan his wife of the County of Alachua State
of Florida in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars to us in
hand paid and by us received do hereby bargain sell grant and
convey unto the board of Public Instruction for the County of
Alachua State of Florida and their successors in office the
following described premises situated in the County and State aforesaid
to wit: all that certain tract or parcel of land being one square
acre in the Northeast corner of the following described tract or parcel
of land by by the United States Plat and being in the aforesaid County
and State lying as follows to wit: In the West half of the North West
quarter of Section Twenty one Township Eight South of range Seventeen
East together with all the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
