Mary H. Tolar and husband to Susanna Renault & E. Emma S. Renault
                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that Mary H. Tolar and
Alachua County   } Mathew A. Tolar wife & husband of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand dollars to
them in hand paid by Susanna Renault & Emma S. Renault of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt of One Hundred and
Fifty of which is hereby acknowledged; Five hundred and Fifty of which is
to be paid January 1st 1883 & remainder Three hundred Dollars to be paid
January 1st 1884 all of Deferred payments to draw Eight per cent interest
from date have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Susanna
Renault and Emma S. Renault all of that certain tract of land
situated lying and being in said County of Alachua and State
of Florida particularly described as Lots Three (3) and the South West
half of lot Four (4) and Lot Eight in Block Number Sixteen (16) in
the Town of Waldo in said County containing by estimation _ acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto them the said Susanna Renault and
Emma S. Renault and to their heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute. And we the said Mary H. Toler
and Mathew A. Toler do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Susanna Renault and Emma S. Renault that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is
free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will
and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto them the said Susanna Renault
& Emma S. Renault and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

seals on this 8th day of November AD 1882

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 8th day of Nov AD 1882
before me personally appeared Mrs Mary H. Toler wife of M.A. Toler the grantor
in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her Said husband says and acknowledges
before me that She did sign the said deed of conveyance for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made
by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
