Deed
This Indenture made the 18 day of November in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two Between John C. Thigpen
and his wife Christiana M. Thigpen of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Gregory Y. Thigpen of the County
and State above written of the second part Witnesseth that, the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one
thousand dollars lawful money of the United States of America to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the unsealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that land lying and being in the town of Hawthorne
and State of Florida described as follows. Beginning at the South
West corner of the North East quarter of the South East quarter of
Section twenty seven in Township (10) ten S Range (22) twenty
two East; thence North 86° East 13.67 chains; thence North 2°
30' West 5.77 chs; thence South 86° West 3.16 1/4 chs; thence North
2° 30' West 1.38 chs thence South 86° West 10.51 chs; thence South
2° 30' East 7.15 chs back to place of beginning containing nine
34/100 acres more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainders and profits
thereof and also all the estate title interest possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part
