Florida the sum of One hundred dollars that I
owe them for professional Services.
Third Then Thirdly out of the proceeds of said prop-
erty after fully paying the two debts above specified
the said Robert B. Weeks shall pay in full to Sam-
uel F. Waits the sum of Two hundred and fifty
Dollars due & owing by me to him
Fourth Then after paying the three debts above men-
tioned in full, the said Robert B. Weeks out of the
residue of the proceeds of said property shall pay
in full if there be sufficient unto William E. Alexander
& Son of Savannah Ga the sum of Four hundred and
Eighteen ($418.00) Dollars due and owing by me to them;
The said debts so due and owing by me to the said
Robert B. Weeks, Taylor & Sanchez, Saml F. Waits
and Wm E. Alexander & Son being hereby expressly
preferred claims to be paid in full in the order
above mentioned out of the proceeds of said property =
Then after all the above mentioned preferred Claims
against me shall be fully paid out of the proceeds
of said property in the order above named and
after the said Robert B. Weeks shall have paid all
necessary Costs and expenses attendant upon the
Sale by him and disposition of said property
and shall have paid to himself the further Sum
of Five (05) per centum as his Commissions on all am-
ounts received and paid out by him as such assignee
he the said Robert B. Weeks Shall then pay over the
rest and residue of the proceeds of said property
pro rata to all the rest of my Creditors in full liqui
dation and discharge of the respective Claims due to
each provided they and each of then shall accept
and receive said pro rata payment in full and
Complete payment and discharge of their and each
of their respective claims and demands upon me
and Shall give to said Assignee full and Complete
acquittances therefor.  Should there be Sufficient of the
proceeds of the sales of said property to pay up and
discharge all of my debts in full I desire said
Robert B. Weeks so to do; and in the event of their
being sufficient of the proceeds of said property
to pay all of my Creditors in full after the Same
is done should there be any thing left over after there
paying said debts the Same shall be returned by the
said Robert B. Weeks and paid over to me or to my heirs
executors and administrators.
