State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That I, R.E.
Alachua County   } Wright of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of One Hundred dollars to me in hand paid
by U.A. Wright of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said U.A. Wright all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: The North
West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section 23 Township
Nine South of Range Seventeen East and the North East Quarter
of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty two (22) Township
Nine (9) Range Seventeen S & E (R17 S&E) containing by
estimation 80 acres of land more or less. Together with all and
