convey unto the said party of the second part her heirs and Assigns
forever all that Lot or tract of land situate and being in said
State and county of Alachua known and described as follows
to wit: the North West Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section
Twenty Four Township Ten South of Range Twenty Two East also
ten acres lying east of the same bounded by a line parelel with
east line of said forty acres and three hundred thirty feet East of
same Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the estate right title and
interest claim and demand whatsoever in law and in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the same with the appur=
tenances thereto belong unto the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns as her absolute property in fee simple forever. And the
said parties of the first part hereby covenant and agree to warrant
and defend the same to her the said party of the second part against
the lawful claims of all and every person or persons claiming or to
claim the same by from or under them the said parties of the first part

appeared Florilla Dearing Josephine E. Monroe and Augustus Monroe
her husband Francis Johnson and Franklin A. Johnson her
husband Ida Martin and Robert M. Martin her husband who
severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for
the uses and purposes therein expressed And the acknowledgements
of said Josephine, Francis and Ida were made before me separate
and apart from their said husbands and freely voluntarily and
without compulsion or constraint from their said husbands or any
