James H. Roper to Georgeanna Simmons
                               "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I James H.
Alachua County   } Roper (Bachelor) of the aforesaid State and County
for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to me
cash in hand paid by Georgeanna Simmons of said State and County
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien and convey unto her the said Georgeanna Simmons all of
that certain lot tract piece or parcel of land situated lying and
being in what is known as Ingrams addition to the Town of
Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida lying due West
of a Lot now already owned by the said Georgeanna Simmons and
more particularly described as follows to wit: commencing at a
stake which Stands one hundred and twenty (120) feet due West
from the North West Corner of the Lot now owned and occupied
by Tom Little, thence due West one hundred (100) feet thence South
Two hundred (200) feet thence East one hundred (100) feet thence
North Two hundred (200) feet to the place of beginning= Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and to Hold the Same unto her the said Georgeanna Simmons
and to her heirs Executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed hereto my seal on this twentieth
day of November AD 1882
