S.B. Wilks & Wife to C.A. Miller and A.N. Stewart
                     "Deed"
This Indenture made the seventh day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between Solomon B. Wilks
and his wife Lurana Wilks of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part and C.A. Miller and A.N. Stewart of
Carthage Ohio of the second part. Witnesseth That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
confirm unto the said parties of the second part and their heirs and
assigns forever all that piece or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows: Beginning at
a point on West side of Peninsular Rail Road 60 feet from center of
track and on south line of Section 6 (Arredondo Grant) Township 9
South of Range 22 & thence running West along said section line
2721 feet to corner thence North on West line of said section 6. 1300 feet
to a stake Thence South 83° East 2229 feet to right of way of said
Rail Road 60 feet from centre of track thence along right of way
1516 feet to the beginning containing Eighty Acres together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof; and all the estate right
title interest dower and right of dower property possession claim
and demand whatsoever in law and in Equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the above granted premises and every
part thereof with the appurtenances - To have and to hold the above 
mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances to the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever and the
said Solomon B. Wilks and his heirs the above described and hereby
granted and released premises and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns against the said parties of the first part
and their heirs and against all and every person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend
