Be it Remembered, that on the 2nd day of October in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two before me
the subscriber a Notary Public in and for said County personally
came Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller his wife and Archelaus
N. Stewart and Catharine Stewart his wife the grantors in the
foregoing Deed and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be
their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned and the said Matilda O. Miller and Catharine Stewart
wives of the said Charles A. Miller and Archelaus N. Stewart being
examined by me separate and apart from their said husbands
and the contents of said deed being by me made known and
explained to them as the Statute directs declared that they did
voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same, and that they
are still satisfied therewith as their act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned.

Alachua County   } between Cynthia J. Waits in her own right and
Calvin Waits her husband of said State and County Parties of
the first part and George F. Bullard of Hawthorn and of the
County of Alachua State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby
