second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the addition to Hawthorne
called Waits Crossing and described as follows to wit: Beginning at the
South East corner of the North West Quarter of the North West Quarter
of Section Thirty Five Township Ten South Range Twenty Two
East Thence West 0.20 links thence North 14° 35 West 11.63 chains
to corner on boundary Street of Waits Crossing thence on line of
Street East 4.32 Links Thence South 16° East 11.08 chains
thence West 4.30 chains back to place of beginning containing
five acres more or less. To Have and to Hold the above described
land to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
together with the rights, members and appurtenances thereunto
being belonging or in any manner appertaining. And the
said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs
executors administrators and assigns the title to the above
bargained sold and conveyed premises will forever warrant
and defend against all legal claims and demands.

by me separate and apart from her husband acknowledges
that she made herself a party to said conveyance for the
purpose aforesaid and that she did so freely and voluntarily
and without any fear constraint or compulsion from her said
husband her
