said Wm C. Andruss in hand paid John Elbertson of the county of
Alachua in the State of Florida hath granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said John
Elbertson the following described tract or parcel of land to wit: Situate
in County of Alachua and State of Florida that is to say The North
east Quarter of the North west Quarter of the South West Quarter of
Section (16) Township eleven (11) of Range eighteen (18) south of base line
and of the principal meridian consisting of ten acres To have and to hold
the premises hereby conveyed with all the rights privileges and appurten =
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said 
John Elbertson his heirs and assigns forever and I the said Wm C.
Andruss hereby convenanting to and with the said John Elbertson
his heirs and assigns for himself his heirs executors administrators
to warrant and defend the title to the premises hereby conveyed
against the claim of all persons whatsoever. In witness whereof
I hereto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 30th day of 
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty

for the uses and purposes therein contained.
