Together with all and singular the state right, title interest claim and
demand which the parties hereto of the first part have in and to the same
To Have and to Hold the said described piece or parcel of land with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever. And the parties hereto of the first part severally covenant
with the party of the second part hereto her heirs and assigns that they have
not done any act matter or thing to encumber the property hereby conveyed
and that for themselves respectively and for their respective heirs the said
premises and every part and parcel thereof to the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns against every person lawfully claiming the
same they shall and will forever Warrant and defend. In Testimony
Whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto Subscribed their names
and affixed their seals the day and year first herein written

a Commissioner appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida duly
commissioned and qualified to take acknowledgment of deeds in the
State of California that are to be recorded in the said State of Florida
personally appeared Charles W. Brush well known to me to be a party grantor
named in and who executed the foregoing deed and in his own name and
also in the name of the above grantor Julia A. Van Ness acknowledged
in due form of law the above deed to be his own act and deed
and the act and deed of the said Julia A. Van Ness by him the
said Charles W. Brush done and executed by virtue of a letter
of Attorney to him for that purpose granted by the said Julia
A. Van Ness to the end that the same as such might be recorded
and further that said letter of attorney is duly recorded in the
Clerks Office of Alachua County in said State of Florida in Book
L page 847 -
