P.W.W. Sparkman and Wife to William A. and George A. Griffith
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That we P.W.W.
Alachua County   } Sparkman and his wife S.E. Sparkman of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars
to them in hand paid by William A. Griffith and George A. Griffith
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto them
the said William A. Griffith and George A. Griffith all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying  and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit Lot O in Sparkman's addition to
the Town of Waldo containing by estimation _ acres of land more
or less - Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining To Have and Hold the same unto them the said William A.
Griffith and George A. Griffith and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and we
the said P.W.W. Sparkman and S.E. Sparkman his wife do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said William A. Griffith and
George A. Griffith that they are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they will
and their heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto them the said William A. Griffith
and George A. Griffith and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same

seals on this Eighth day of September AD 1881

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 8th day of September
AD 1881 before me personally appeared Mrs S.E. Sparkman wife of P.W.W.
Sparkman the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband 
says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of
conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all
of her right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and
that said relinquishment and renunciation of dower was done and
made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
