Charles S. Fellows to James K. Shaw
"Deed"
This Indenture made this the first day of October in the Year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine between
Charles S. Fellows unmarried of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the first part and James K. Shaw of
Alachua County and State of Florida party of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has bargained sold released granted conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents does bargain sell release grant
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel of land Known
as subdivision lots number thirty two (32) of Subdivided lot
twenty one (21) in the town of Fairbanks Alachua Co Florida as
shown on plat of said town as laid out by Charles D. Furman
Provided always that the said James K. Shaw heirs or assigns
shall never sell or lease the above described lands or any part
thereof to a person of Color - also that no Intoxicating liquors
Shall ever be sold or used on said land as a beverage by any
person or persons whatever Nor shall he knowingly allow any
games of chance as a practice on said lands and it is
expressly agreed that if the above provisions or anyone of
them is violated then these lands revert to the said
Charles S. Fellows or his heirs or assigns otherwise this
transfer remains good. Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the
