Confirm unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever all Lot lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows 
Lot P in Sparkmans addition to the Town of Waldo
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereinto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property possession claim
and demand whatsoever in law and in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the above granted premises and
every part thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold
the above mentioned and described premises with the appur-
tenances to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever and the said P.W.W. Sparkman and S.E.
Sparkman and their heirs the above described and
hereby granted and released premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns against the
said parties of the first part and their heirs and
against all and every person and persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend

Sparkman and S.E. Sparkman his wife to me known
to be the persons described in and who executed the forego-
ing instrument and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and the said S.E. Sparkman the
wife of the said P.W.W. Sparkman on an examination
taken and made separately and apart from her said
husband did acknowledge that she made herself
a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower or right of dower and to the
lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and
