Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we
Gary Ford & Rebecca Ford his wife of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Sixteen ($16.00) dollars
to us in hand paid by Martin Philip Stevens of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and con-
veyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Martin Philip Stevens all of that cer-
tain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows: Two acres (2 acres)
in the north west corner of the north west corner of
Section 24 (twenty four) in town nine Range 22 each
containing by estimation 2 acres acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining To have and to hold the same unto the said Martin
P. Stevens and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute forever. And the
said Gary Ford and his wife do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Martin P. Stevens that they
are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that they have good and lawful right to sell
the same that the same is free from all encumbran-
ces of any kind whatsoever and that they will and their
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said Martin P. Stevens and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this ninth day of
