               "Deed"
This indenture made and entered into on this the twenty fourth
Day of December A.D. Eighteen hundred & Eighty one between
Mary Ann Wooding & Harrison Wooding husband of the said
Mary Ann Wooding of Volusia County Florida of the first
part and John S. Lewis of Alachua County Florida party of
the Second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have given granted bargained sold aliened
released transferred & conveyed & by these presents do give grant bargain
sell release relinquish convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part & his heirs all that certain lot tract or
parcel of land lying & being in the County of Alachua & State
of Florida and more particularly described on the map of public
survey of said states as block thirteen (13) & the west half
of Block fourteen (14) of section twenty four (24) of Township
nine (9) south of range twenty two (22) Each containing
sixty (60) acres more or less Together with all and singu-
lar the rights and privileges tenements hereditaments & appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining in or to the above
described & conveyed premises of the said parties of the first
