I Mary E. Shuford of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of One hundred and Eighty dollars
to me in hand paid by G.E. Smoke of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do here
by acknowledge & have granted bargained sold and convey-
ed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto her the said G.E. Smoke all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and des-
cribed as follows to wit: The west half of the north East quar-
ter of Section twelve and the west half of lot number four of
fractional section three all of township eight south of Range
eighteen east containing by estimation 120 acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the same
unto her the said G.E. Smoke and to her heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute And I the
said Mary E. Shuford do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said G.E. Smoke that I am lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that I
have good and lawful right to sell the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind what-
soever and that I will and my heirs executors and ad-
ministrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto her the said G.E. Smoke and to her heirs ex-
ecutors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same
