          County } to me well known as the wife of William A.
Smith who being examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband acknowledged before me that she renounced
and relinquished all her dower and right of dower in and to the
lands described in the foregoing deed of Conveyance and
that she did the Same freely and voluntarily and without
any Constraint apprehension or fear of or from he said hus-
band In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 22nd day of November AD 1880
