Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Con-
vey unto W.A. Smith of Alachua County Florida and
Alfred Holt of New Haven Connecticut the following
described Creditors of Said John W. Anderson Deceased as
Trustees to Wit: All that Certain Tract piece or parcel
of Land Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida Described on a map or plat The Leitner
Lands as they are popularly Known as Lots No Eighty
(80) Said Map or plat having been drawn and made by
W.C. Miller the Same being Situated in lot no Eight (8)
of the Moses E. Levy Grant as the Same is Subdivided
or designated upon the well Known maps of what is
Known as The Arredondo Grant made by Burr and
Washington Containing Sixty (60) Acres of Land & Water
more or less
To have and to hold the Same to W.A. Smith Alachua
County Florida and Alfred Holt New Haven Connecticut
their heirs administrators assigns and executors in fee
Simple forever In Witness whereof we have hereunto Set
our Hands and affixed our Seals this day of March
