State of New York party of the first part and Robert
S. Shuyler of County of Albany State of New York party of the
Second part Witnesseth that the Said party of the first
part in Consideration of the Sum of Five Hundred & Fifty
Dollars to her duly paid hath sold and by These presents doth
grant and Convey to the Said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns All that Certain piece or parcel
of land with the buildings thereon situated in the State of
Florida and bounded and described as follows to wit:
North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Seven-
teen in Township nine South of Range twenty two East Con-
taining Forty acres more or less (NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 Sec 17 T9
SR 22 E) Conveyed by W. Harper Dayton & Augusta his
Wife to Said Magdalena C. Schuyler (party of the first part)
by deed bearing date June 29th 1877 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of
Alachua State of Florida on the ninth day of August
A.D. 1877 in book of Deeds "J" on pages 61- 611 & 612
With the Appurtenances and all the Estate Title and interest
Therein of the said party of the first part And the said
Magdalena C. Schuyler doth hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns the premises thus Conveyed in the quiet
and Peacable Possession of the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns and that she will forever
Warrant and defend against any person whomsoever
lawfully Claiming the same or any part thereof -
