said County Personlly appeared S.J. Kennard Jr and
James T. Gabbert and Rebecca Kennard and Alice
Gabbert their wives to me Known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and Sever-
ally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free
act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
and the Said Rebecca Kennard and Alice Gabbert the
Wives of the Said S.J. Kennard and Jas T. Gabbert on an ex-
amination taken and made separately and appart from
their said husbands did acknowledge for the pupose of re-
nouncing and relinquishing their dower or right of Dowers
in and to the lands tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released and that
Such relinquishment or renunciation of Dower is Made
by them freely and Voluntarily and without any Con-
Straint apprehension or fear of or from their Said husbands
