tees in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained Sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell and Convey unto Lucretia Maria Wilbur
the following described tract or parcel of land
which we hold for sale as said Trustees to wit:
all that Certain piece parcel or tract of Land Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida Designated upon a map as the Leit-
ner Lands as they are properly Known as the North
Half (N 1/2) of Lot Sixty One (61) Said map having
been made by W.C. Miller and recorded on the records
of the Circuit Court of Alachua County and State
of Florida on the (29th) twenty ninth day of August
A.D. Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven at
pages (645) Six hundred and forty five of Deed
Book "J" Containing twenty Seven 8/10 Acres More
or less of Land To Have and to Hold the Same
to her the said Lucretia Maria Wilbur her heirs ex-
ecutors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
forever I witness Whereof we have hereunto Set
