Solomon F. Halliday to A. Hague Sr
                  "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that I Solomon F.
Alachua County   } Halliday of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of one Hundred dollars to me in hand
paid by A. Hague Sr of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
A. Hague Sr all of that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of Land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: All that portion
of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec 29 T8 South of Range 19 E which
lies outside of the "Fernandez Grant" Containing by estimation 20
acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto him the
Said A. Hague Sr and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said Solomon F. Halliday
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said A. Hague Sr
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbran=
ces of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said A. Hague Sr and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful Claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this 13 day of December AD 1882
