first part in hand paid by the party of the Second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold Conveyed released unto the Said Charlott E. Knox
the following lot of Land Situated in the town of Micanopy and
more particularly described as follows Commencing
at the south west Corner of the lott now owned by D.A. Millar
and running thence west two hundred and ten feet to a Stake
Corner on the Street running north and South by Peter Wardlow
thence north alonng said Street two hundred and ten feet
to a stake Corner thence east two hundred and ten feet
to a Stake Corner thence South two hundred & ten feet to the
point of beginning and Containing one acre of land more
or less to have and to hold together with all and Singular
the houses buildings improvements hereditaments and appur
tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto
the Said Charlotte E. Knox her heirs executors or ad-
ministrators and assigns in fee simple forever and the
Said parties of the first part Covenants and agree with
the party of the Second part that they are Seized in
fee of the premises that they have good right to sell
and Convey the Same to the Said Charlotte E. Knox
That the same is free from all encumbrances the Said
parties of the first part further agrees that they
will and their heirs will warrant and forever defend
the title to the said Charlotte E. Knox against all
parties Claiming or to Claim under them In
testimony whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and

presents that we Alvania A. Barnett and Mattie
F. Knox the respective Wifes of E.D. Barnett and
W.M. Knox of our own free will and accord
became parties to the foregoing deed and thereby
relinquish all of our right of Dower in and to
the foregoing Conveyance and that the Same was
done freely voluntarily and without any fear ap-
prehension Constraint or Compulsion of or from our
Said husbands In testimony whereof we have here-
