This Indenture made this Third day of October AD 1882
Between James M. Hawthorne of said State and County and
his wife Sarah P. Hawthorne who joins her husband in this
Conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the lands
herein after described parties of the first part and
Florilla N. Johnson of the County of Alachua State
of Florida of the second part Witnesses that for
and in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar-
gained sold and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell and Convey unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns in fee simple all that
Certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
in said State and County and described as follows to
Wit: Lot three (3) of Block (6) six Section (27) Twenty
Seven Township (10) Ten South of Range (22) Twenty
Two East Containing ten acres More or less
To have and To Hold the above described land to the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns together with
the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any manner appertaining and the said parties of
the first part for themselves their heirs executors
