Foster and Colclough To T. Harper Bevill
                    "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
We Thaddeus Foster and W.A. Colclough parties doing business
under the firm name of Foster & Colclough and Angie Foster
wife of Thaddeus Foster of the aforesaid County and State for and in 
Consideration of the Sum of Twenty one hundred & thirteen 04/100
Dollars to us in hand paid by T. Harper Beville of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained Sold
and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell and Convey unto him the said T. Harper Beville
all that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of Land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly Known and described as
follows to wit: Section Sevin (7) Township ten (10)
Range nineteen (19) and Section Twelve (12) Township Ten
(10) Range Eighteen (18) Containing by estimation 1280
acres of land more or less Together with all and Singu-
lar the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have
and to hold the same unto him the said T. Harper
Beville and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee Simple and absolute And we the Said Thaddeus Foster
and W.A. Colclough parties aforesaid and Angie Foster
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said T. Harper
Beville that we are lawfully Seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby Conveyed and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and Convey the same that
Same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind what-
Soever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators Shall and will forever warrant and
defend the Same unto him the said T. Harper Beville
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful Claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or here-
after to claim the same In witness whereof we have here-
unto set our hands and affixed our Seals on this 18th
day of February AD 1882
