Robert W. Campbell To Leonora Falkenbury
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That We
Alachua County   } Robert W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell
his wife of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration
of the Sum of one Dollar to them in hand paid by Mrs Leonora
Falkenbury formerly Mrs Leonora Moore of the County of Alach-
ua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain Sell and convey unto her
the Said Mrs Leonora Falkenbury aforesaid all of that
Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit:  The South East
quarter of the north west quarter of the north west quarter
Section Twenty Three Town eight south range twenty one
east Containing ten acres more or less Now this deed is
give to correct one given in error by the above named Robert
W. Campbell and wife of the above named County and State
Given August twenty first and in the year of our lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy six and acknowled-
ged by said Campbells in due form on same day before
Samuel J. Kennard JP and filed august 26th AD 1876 and
recorded in Book "J" on pag 77 78 79 Signed I.E. Webster
Clerk of Circuit Court by B. Vickerage DC Containing by esti-
mation ten acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining To Have and to Hold the
Same unto her the said Leonora Falkenburg formerly
Mrs Leonora Moore and to her heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns in fee Simple and absolute
And we the said Robert C. Campbell and Fany W. Campbell
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said
Leonora Falkenbury formerly Leonora Moore that they
are lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby Conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and Convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind Whatsoever and
that we will and do by our heirs executors and
administrators Shall and will forever warrant and
