State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made and
entered into this the 12th day of December AD 1881
between S.M. Darden widow of W.C. Darden party of
the first part and George Milliner party of the
Second part all of the county of Alachua and
State of Florida  Witnesseth that the Said party of
the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Seventy Five Dollars ($7500) paid by the said par-
ty of the Second part to the said party of the first
part at and before the sealing and delivery of the
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and by
these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part all that Cer-
tain lot tract piece or parcel of land lying and be-
ing Situate in the State of Florida and County of
Alachua Known and particularly described on the
Maps of Voyles Survey of 1876 as lot number Seven
(7) Block no one (1) Range one (1) in an eastern
addition to the town of Gainesville in Said State
and County generally Known as Doig & Robert-
son Addition To Have and to Hold unto the
Said party of the second part her heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
together with all the rights and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining And the said
party of the first part does hereby Covenant and
agree with the Said party of the second part that
She is Seized of and has good right and suffi-
Cient title to convey the said property and that she
does by these presents warrant and will forever
defend the title to the said property in and to the
Said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against any and all per-
Sons legally claiming or to claim the same
In testimony whereof the said party of the first part
has hereunto set her hand and affixed her seal
