This Conveyance made and entered into on this fifth day of
January in the year of our lord one thousand eight hun-
dred and eighty between John McRae of the City of
Willmington State of North Carolina Surviving Trustee duly
appointed by the Florida Railroad Company party of
the first part and James Pelham of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the Second part Witness
eth That the said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Given
Granted bargained aliened sold transfered and doth by
these presents give grant aliene bargain Sell transfer
and Convey unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain par-
