Alexander Coulter To Mrs Sarah V. Collins
                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the 10th day of December in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty two Between Alexander Coulter and his wife
Sallie M. Coulter of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part and Sarah V. Collins
of Alachua County and State of Florida of the Second
part for and in Consideration of the sum of One
hundred ($100-) Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
Sold Aliened remised released Conveyed and con-
firmed and by these presents do grant bargained sell alien
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever all those two lots lying and being in the
Town of Coulterville and State of Florida described
as follows Lots Nos Eight (8) and nine (9) Lot Eight
fronts one hundred feet on West Street and One
hundred feet deep Lot nine fronts one hundred
feet on lot Eight and one hundred feet deep
Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainders and profits thereof
and also all the estate title interest possesion
Claim and demand whasoever as well in law as
in equity of the said parties of the first part
To have and to Hold the above granted and des-
Cribed premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns to her own proper use
forever And the Said parties of the first part
for themselves and their heirs executors and admin-
istrators do Covenant to and with the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns
