J.E. Chadwick and Wife To Mrs Emma Whittenburg

Alachua County   } Know All men by these presents that
J.E. Chadwick and A.W. Chadwick his wife of the aforesaid
County and State for and in Consideration of the Sum of
Five Dollars to them in hand paid by Mrs Emma Whitten-
burg Also of the County and State aforesaid the receipt
Whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell and Convey unto the said Emma Whittenburg all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida (near the town of Waldo) particularly Known
and described as follows to wit: Commencing at the
Centre of the grade of the Atlantic and Gulf and West In
dia Transit Railroad on the north line of the SE1/4 of the
SE Quarter of Section twenty two (22) Township eight (8) Range
Twenty one (21) East distant abou Two hundred (200) feet
(West) from the north east Corner of the aforesaid 1/4
Thence running west on said north line Five hundred

and twenty^feet thence in a Southerly direction Three
hundred and twenty five (325) feet to the Center of grade
of said Railroad and from thence in a north Easterly
direction along the Center of Said grade to the place
of beginning Reserving from this conveyance the "right
of way" of Said Railroad Containing by estimation Two
(2) acres of land more or less Together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have
and To Hold the same unto her the said Emma Whittenburg
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Sim-
ple absolute forever And I the said J.E. Chadwick do hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the said Emma Whittenburg
that I am lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby Conveyed and that I have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is
free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that I will and my heirs executors and administra
tors Shall and will forever warrant and defend the Same
