I Fannie L. Johnson and my husband Frank A.
Johnson of the aforesaid County and State for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Five hundred and seventy
five dollars to us in hand paid by Sarah Jarnigan
Wife of Joseph E. Jarnigan of the County of Marion
in the State of South Carolina the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained Sold
and Conveyed and by these presents do Grant
bargain sell and Convey unto the said Sarah A.
Jarnigan All of that Certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and des-
cribed as follows to wit: North West quarter of the
