To and with the said Sarah A. Jernigan that we are
lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby Con-
Veyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and Convey the Same that the same is free from all en
Cumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and
our heirs executors and administrators Shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Sarah
A. Jarnigan and to heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful Claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now Claiming or hereafter to
Claim the Same In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals on this 14th day of July

first duly questioned And examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband Says and acknowl
edges before me that she did Sign the said deed of Con-
veyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and Conveying all her right in and to the Land in Said
deed described and that said Conveyance was done and
made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
