 Emma Whittenburg To Mrs A.L. Whaling
               "DEED"
This Indenture made the 20th day of January in the
Year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty two Between Mrs Emma Whittenburg in her
own Separate right and F.P. Whittenburg her husband
of the first part and Mrs A.L. Whaling all of
Alachua County State of Florida of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the sum of Five hundred
and Sixty dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
Sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain Sell Alien remise
Convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns forever all
that Certain lot or parcel of Land Situated lying
and being in Alachua County Florida and Known
and described as the South half of the North East quar
ter of the South East quarter (S1/2 of NE1/4 of the SE1/4)
(Sec 22 T8 R21 E) Twenty Acres more or less
Also a fractional piece of Land Commencing at
the Centre of the grade of the A.G. & W.I.T. R.R. on the
North line of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of sec 22 T8 R21
E distant about two hundred feet west (200) ft W from
the North East Corner of the aforesaid 1/4 thence run-
ing west on said north line five hundred and twenty
feet (520 ft) thence in a southerly direction three hun
dred and twenty five feet (325 ft) to the Centre of the
Grade of Said Rail Road and thence in a north
easterly direction along the Centre of said grade
of the Rail Road to the place of begginning Reserving
the Right of Way" of the said Rail Road Containing by
estimation two acres more or less all of said
land in section twenty two Township Eight South
of Range twenty one East and Containing all togeth
twenty two Acres more or less
Together with all and Singular the Lands tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents
