No 831 "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the
Seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eighty two between the Florida
Land and Immigration Company a body corporate under the laws
of the State of Florida party of the first part and Robert J.
Camp John S. Camp and Benjamin F. Camp all of the
County of Alachua State of Florida parties of the second
part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and thirty
Eight & 90/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America to it in hand paid by the said parties of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and does by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer remise release
convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part and
their heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of land Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described on the public
maps and records of said State as the South West quarter of
Section Twenty five in Township Nine South of Range Twenty
two East containing one hundred and fifty nine & 27/100 acres
more or less (SW1/4 Sec 25 T9 S R22 E) To have and to Hold
the above granted bargained and described premises together
with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining unto the said parties of the second part
and to their heirs and assigns as their absolute property
in fee simple forever. And the said Florida Land and
Immigration Company for itself and assigns and for all others
Claiming by through or under it does covenant and agree
that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents
the said Company is seized of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises and has good right to
Convey the same as it has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description and that the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably and may at all times hereafter have use
occupy possess and enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same
and that it will at any and at all times make such further
covenants conveyances and assurances at the expense of
the said parties of the second part as they the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns or
