Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
we Ellen L. Day and Henry E. Day her husband of aforesaid
State and County for and in consideration of the sum
of Five hundred and Twenty 25/100 Dollars to us in hand paid
by David J. Roper of the State of Florida County of Alachua
party of the second part the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and
convey unto him the said David J. Roper of the second part
all that certain piece or parcel of land situated and being
in the town of Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida
particularly described according to P.H. Youngs Map on
file as follows to wit Lots four (4) & (5) five in Block (4)
four Range (2) Two of the original survey of the town
of Gainesville in aforesaid County and State the said
lot four (4) being (30) thirty feet North and South by
(92) Ninty two feet East and west and the said lot five
being (25) Twenty five ft North and South by (92) feet
from east and west lying and being in said town of
Gainesville a plat of which is duly recorded in Deed
Book "M" at page 403 public Records of Alachua
