with the appurtenances to the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever and the said parties of the first part and
their heirs the above described and hereby granted and released
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns against
the said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or
any part thereof shall and will warrant and by these presents forever

there in mentioned and the said Leonora V. Bunker the wife
of the said Seth H. Bunker on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her dower and homestead -
or right of dower in and to the lands tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released, and that
such relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension

Alachua County   } Carlisle and A.T. Carlisle his wife of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Twenty five Dollars to us cash in hand paid by Amelia E. Taylor
of said State and County the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey
unto her the said Amelia E. Taylor all of that certain lot tract
piece or parcel of Situated lying and being in the South
Western portion of the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County
