heirs and assigns forever and the said parties of the first part and
their heirs the above described and hereby granted and released
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances

there in mentioned and the said Leonora V. Bunker the wife
of the said Seth H. Bunker on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her dower and homestead -
or right of dower in and to the lands tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released, and that
such relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
