in the State of Florida particularly described as being a fractional
part or portion of the South half of section Five (5) in Township
Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East and being further particularly
described as commencing at the Extreme North West corner of the tract
of land conved by R.F. Taylor as Commissioner by deed dated the 12th day
of May A.D. 1875 to J.A. Carlisle which deed is recorded in the public
records of Alachua County Florida at pages 495 and 496 of Deed
book "I" thence from said North west corner running South Two hundred
and ten (210) feet thence East Three hundred and nineteen (319) feet thence
North Two hundred and ten (210) feet thence West Three hundred and
nineteen (319) fee to the place of beginning, containing one and one
half acres of land more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same unto
her the said Amelia E. Taylor and to her heirs executors administra=
tors and assigns in fee simple Absolute forever. In witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed hereto our seals on this
20th day of March A.D. 1883

examination that she did execute sign seal and deliver the foregoing
Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right and claim to Dower in and to the land
in said Deed described and that such release relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without and compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband
