  A.E. and R.F. Taylor to Anne T. Carlisle
                    "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents I Amelia
E. Taylor and her husband R.F. Taylor for and in consideration
of the natural love and affection which I have and bear
to and for my Sister Anne T. Carlisle of Gainesville Fla
and the further consideration of one dollar to me the
said Amelia E. Taylor in hand paid by said Anne T.
Carlisle have given granted bargained sold aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do give grant barg
ain sell alein and convey unto her the said Anne T.
Carlisle all of that certain lot tract piece or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the South Western por-
tion of the town of Gainesville in Alachua County
in the State of Florida particularly described as com
mencing at the south west corner of the lot in said
Town of Gainesville upon which was conveyed to her by the
Grantors herein by deed dated the 29th day of July AD
1876 and which Deed is recorded in the public records
of Alachua County Florida at pages 51 and 52 of Deed
Book "J" thence from said South west corner
running West Eight hundred and forty (840) feet
thence North Two hundred and Ten (210) feet thence East
Eight Hundred and forty (840) feet thence South Two
Hundred and Ten (210) feet to the place of beginning
containing Four (4) Acres of land more or less Togeth
er with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the same unto her
the said Anne T. Carlisle and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
ly forever In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed hereto our seal on this 20th day
of March A.D. 1883.
