E. Taylor wife of R.F. Taylor to me personally known and
who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband did say
and acknowledge before me upon such separate and
private examination that she did execute sign seal
and deliver the foregoing Deed of Conveyance in fee a
part of her separate estate and that she did execute
sign seal and deliver the said Deed of Conveyance
for the uses and purposes therein contained and express
ed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension fear or solicitation of or from
her said husband.
